Selft Drive – San Pedro de Atacama: 4 days / 3 nights
San Pedro and its cultural heritage can be traced back to around 500 AD.
In the early 15th century, the Inca Túpac Yupanqui conquered the Atacama people, imposing a new social organization and a new sun-worshiping religion, which included the use of coca leaves in rituals.
Under Túpac Yupanqui’s rule, roads were constructed from the Salar de Atacama to the present-day northwest of Argentina.
We will visit highland lagoons and the salt flat with flamingo colonies, geysers, pre-mountain villages, and archaeological sites.
This tour includes hotels with breakfast, a car with unlimited mileage, directions, and assistance.
